Altitude and compass APP

Hi there.
Is there a way to check the altitude from the watch itself and not though an app or having to open sport opction?
Like on my former Ambit I could check the altitude and that was it, without having to open an App. On suunto 7 looks like you cant check that, but if through an external app. This goes as well for what concerns compass. There is no compass “built in” the watch to be checked. In case… what is the best free barometric altitude app to be used?

@giuliosq Exactly, you can’t because S7 don’t have an altimeter or compass tile until now. S7 is WearOS, that is not the same of Ambit and others. Here you have some other apps to try.

@giuliosq There is a free app on the Play Store called Baro Trend that can be set to a complication on the watch face (see image below) or a tile for more info.
I’ve used it before and it’s pretty good
Never tried or looked for a compass app, sorry.
