Lap ave bug during interval setting

I used the interval setting on a sport customization for a run workout yesterday. Workout was set for 5 x 3mins hard w/2mins recovery.
I set a custom screen that included ‘pace’ and ‘lap ave pace’ on the same screen, however the ‘lap ave pace’ listed the ‘entire workout ave pace’ and not the ‘lap ave pace’ during the workout on my watch. Laps showed up fine on SuuntoApp and Strava after though.
Is this a bug or potentially something I can do differently? I like the interval option with not having to manually press lap button.

@derrick-spafford to my knowledge laps and intervals are two separate things. So lap average pace is not interval average pace.

Yeah, was wondering about that, but the laps show up on SuuntoApp and Strava after, but during the workout the Ave pace didn’t show. Just thought that was a little strange.
