Suunto ambit3 vertical software problem

Hello. please advise on suunto ambit3 vertical watches. when turned on, connect to moveslink is displayed. When connecting to a new program suuntolink, which writes that it is necessary to restart the watch and erase all data in order to repair. After approval, the latest software will be installed, but almost at the end the watch will restart, disconnecting from the computer and not completing the installation. please advice can somehow fix this problem so that the watch is working again? Thank you
