Hi All, i just notice that the value of fitness, fatigue, and form, differ between suunto app and training peak. I understand suunto app should take the value from trainingpeak? or do i miss something ?
      Thank you

@kk2n-kk it comes from different TSS score after each workout, to match those of TP you need to correct your HR zones, namely, the end of 4th zone should match LT on TP.
Suunto takes the algorithm to calculate the numbers from TP, but it’s not like your data is being sent to TP and then back again.

@kk2n-kk not in SA, but no your watch. You go settings, training, intensity zones, default zones. And then you change it. There was a broader discussion on TSS not matching between both platforms in the forum already, you might want to take a look, if something still won’t work after adjustments.
