Crashing after 30sec

My new Suunto 5 always crashes after 30sec despite resetting it (I don‘t even know why the reset was needed since the watch just ran out of battery and suunto link told me to do a reset). I repeatedly did the reset but nothing helped against the crashing. Did this happen to others too?

@telcontar Try re-installing the latest firmware.
If that doesn’t help i’m afraid you have to contact Suunto support.
