My version of Moveslink has stopped syncing activities a while ago. While trying to resolve the issue I was suggested to install Suunto App instead. At this moment everything has synced okay, yet I was confused by the new account is created for this app. So I deleted it. At this stage, I was warned about the loss of data, but I believed that the watch itself stores copy anyway. When I realized there is no other way, I created it again. But the activities will not sync for the second time automatically. I can see the activities in the logbook. Does this mean all the data is still intact? How do I manually trigger syncing event?

No mention of Suuntolink, so your Ambit must be Ambit3?
Not sure whether it’s noted on any of digital transition pages, but after re-installing Suunto App it should pull all existing activities from your watch, even if those were previously synced. Another option is to sync with Suuntolink & cable, first making sure you have configured it to use your current Suunto App account.
