Suunto 7 sleep bug
-
Hi, I have noticed a bug on my suunto 7.
If I sleep two times with a pause, the first sleep is missing on a sleep overview.
In suunto app is all working fine, and on resources and heart rate graphs is sleep also shown correctly. -
@roqzoor - its weird that activity did show two sleep periods. What does the suunto app show for sleep? May the watch can only show 1 sleep period?
If app only shows one maybe its due to your set sleep times?
If you start outside a set sleep time, it will not record that sleep. This morning I lost half an hour - woke up just before my end sleep time, then fell back asleep.Must have occurred just after my sleep time ended as it didn’t record the last half hour. However did the same thing about 5 days ago and it did record. When I look at the start end times it made absolute sense in regards to when I placed the my defined start end time.
The F6 uses the same sleep tracking, and what some have done is set sleep time from say 11am to 10am i.e. 23hr duration. Supposed it does then capture all sleep. However my issue is that sometimes I get really still (watching tv/ working at my desk) - still enough that it can trigger that I am lightly sleeping. I also (when using F6) prefer to use battery saver while sleeping, so it uses the sleep times to trigger it, but wouldn’t want it on the whole day, and have discovered that even if you turn it off, it will still turn itself off - you have to disable that whole functionality.
May be worth looking and revising yoru sleep hours.

@jamie-bg On iOS app the data represented is OK. There are two sleeps in one day.
