Ambit3 with HR Sensor

does anyone of you had Problems with the HR Belt Smart Sensor and the Ambit3? I bought the watch with the HR Belt like one month ago, and having problems that the watch doesn’t show me the HR data when I do a workout. Sometimes it’s there but then it start to just show ‘–bpm’ an nothing else, and other times it alternates between 70 and 90 bpm but in a second, I don’t think that my heart is doing this. And after the workout the HR data shown in SA doesn’t fit to what the watch said.
I already did change the Battery in the HR Belt, but the problem is still theire.
Maybe somebody has an answer to it.
Unfortunatly Suunto Support on Website I can’t reach… no free Agent to talk to. -

There are two belt models the old one and a new improved one. You can differentiate them by looking at the color of the spot under the connector: dark gray is the old one and light gray is the new, improved one.
You can try to moisture the electrode parts with water before use and see if that helps. Sometimes a re-pair with the watch needs to be done after the battery change, try that too.
If you have the old model then you can try to contact the seller and ask to replace the old model belt with the new model one or contact Suunto support to help you out with the exchange or simply buy yourself a new model belt.

Hei and thanks for the quit reply. Yes I think I have the new one, bought the watch a monath ago.
I think it had to done with the re-pairing of the watch with the sensor, but yes its working again.
