    Are the number in HR Zone graph the start or the last number within a zone?

      Based on the current graph. Is 147 the first number in zone 2, or the last number in zone 1?

            What about seeing it from your max HR?
            Assuming max HR is end of last zone, then, figures seems to be upper limit of zones.
