For this to work you need to be connected with wifi.
-

Also, I do not know if due to the version of the watch, it does not allow me to synchronize to my google account.
This is also interesting, maybe Google cannot provide updates because of this?
-
I finally managed to sync google account to my watch.
It seems that MIUI from xiaomi has problems with wear os.
When I selected the account I wanted to sync, a white screen appeared and did not continue.
How to solve this: disable 2auth temporarily from myaccount.google.com/security
But unfortunately there is still no updates despite 5 factory resets. it’s stuck at PXDB.200210.001.A2 and it always says “up to date”. -
@Biel-Oliver I would avoid factory reset, and wear the watch for a day or two. Also have it recharge the battery connected to WiFi and see if it updates. If not, contact support also.
-
“Just so everyone knows the rapidly tapping the check for updates screen does work (on all wear os watches) BUT you need to be connected to wifi, not bluetooth through your phone. Turn your bluetooth off (on watch and or phone) and make sure the watch is connected to only wifi. Then rapidly tap the watch is up to date screen.”

Maybe you can try it

That’s nice, nobody answers at the tech call center (after more than 2 hours waiting), and nobody answers in the forum.
Thanks for those who tried to help.
Returned and looking for other brands with tech support.

@biel-oliver
Just maybe a bad day for support, as Suunto is globally proven to be very good at.
And returning watch because no update “yet”, isn’t it a bit rude ?
For sure it is not nice, and things should works fine, but maybe wearOs and google stuffs (linked to soooo many Android devices specific layers) are eventually not really related to Suunto.
Have you tried contacting support trough message in SuuntoApp ?
Or any other contact point that phone (mail for example, it will register a case and you should be contacted) ? -
@biel-oliver forum is not the official support, it’s just users like you.
-
@biel-oliver hey. It’s staged.
T
Friday all devices should have it.There is a pinned announcement here

good luck with that… I have never experienced better support than from Suunto.
But I have experienced inexistent support from other brand and I was patient for almost 2 years with them.
