Weather is somewhere else?

Searched and can’t find an answer.
So if I look at the weather tile its local weather, all good.
If I swipe right to the Assistant, I see “Tomorrow in Huddersfield” (where I am) and the current weather…again all good, and if I click that it takes me into a view very much like the Weather Tile.BUT - beneath the weather is a button labelled “Hourly forecast” - if I click that - or if I ask Google for the weather, it always gives me the weather in Peterborough!? (a place over a hundred miles away).
Any idea? I must be missing a location permissions setting somewhere or something??
If I ask my phone for the weather via the Google thing, it gives local weather.

Thats twice I’ve posted a question having been utterly frustrated, and then found the answer for myself 10mins later!
The location permission was missing on the “Google” system service…(not Google Assistant, which I’d thought might have been the culprit).
