A few buttons on my Suunto 5 were stuck so I contacted Suunto support for repair (under warranty).

I could specify a pick-up date (nice!) and within 24 hours it was already shipped from The Netherlands to the repair center in Prague (DHL Express). The next day I receive a note that they replaced the unit and shipped it back to me.

I’m impressed! Thanks Suunto!
