Button lock functionality
-
I was wondering if the watch has any form of support for button lock? When wearing a jacket, I often find I’ve pressed a button or two without noticing. As a result, when I check my watch I’ll often find it has started a stopwatch or is searching for my location because the Suunto app was started. The buttons are just to easy to press compared to my fenix.

@Aleksander-Helgaker you could try

May be it’s possible to choose an option that buttons do nothing!?

@Aleksander-Helgaker - got to say that I have never found that an issue as I find they need a reasonably hard push to interact.
I know this isn’t a good option, but you could use the touch lock option: Settings - display - touch lock.This pretty much locks everything, and you have to long press the home/start button (it gives you a count down) to unlock everything.When touch lock is active, pressing any button only wakes the screen.
This is part of the reason why I would love to see the ability to customize the quick settings bar, as I find a setting like this far more useful than Find My Phone.

@Jamie-BG touch lock seems to work exactly like what I was after! When I saw it in the menu earlier I didn’t think it would affect the physical buttons. Thanks
