How to hard reset Suunto 7?

Hi guys, I have a Suunto 7 and haven’t used it for some months now. I can’t remember the password pattern on the watch for the life of me so can’t actually use the watch. Has anyone got any ideas as to how to do a hard reset? Normally you can hold down a couple of buttons on a device to reset but I can’t find anything online.
I’ve also tried connecting it to my iMac but that just charges it.

@joshlj24 if it was paired to your phone, in the WearOS app there is a button to reset the watch to factory.

@joshlj24 on the S7 press the left power button and the right bottom button at the same time until the S7 vibrates and reboots.
You can see now a list of options. Choose recovery mode and then factory reset.
The instructions are shown on the display.

@isazi Hi, is there any difference between resetting through the settings menu in the watch (or in the Wear OS in the phone) and hard reset using the buttons as mentioned above? Thanks.
