.fit file graph discrepancy

Hi all,
I apologise in advance if this has been already discussed and if it is a duplicate post but I was not really able to find similar one.
I’m using Ambit 2 and manually export / import .fit files from Movescount and Suunto App to Strava.
This is the activity analysis in Strava (mind, this is the same activity); the upper one is .fit file from Suunto app and lower one from Movescount.
Is there a reason for such a misbehaviour ? It is indoor cycling, but I would not expect such a discrepancy in temperature and speed graph between both files (putting aside HR measurements which is not accurate anyway due to the fact I unstrapped belt during activity).Thanks!

@Andy could we have a Suunto app link ?
Also is this a manual FIT file export / upload or auto ?
