Well… are you using Moveslink OR Suuntolink ?
It’s not the same -

Hello
I use Movescount with Ambit 3 Peak and recently noticed that can’t see new moves. It seems it uploaded ok (via moveslink or suuntolink) but are invisible in web. Is it possible to fix this issue?
And the second question. My FirstBeat Athlete can’t access MovesCount now. Is Its support dropped?if you use suuntolink, as far as I am aware the activities go to SA, not movescount.
Only moveslink. -
@zalex Your options to sync activities are:
- MovesLink2: to sync to Movescount.
- SuuntoLink: to sync to Suunto app.
Movescount and Suunto app are different platforms, they don’t share common data.
-
@sartoric I’ve tryed both, independantly. The result was the same.
-
well … have you ever used SA ? Just to check if activities are there
maybe those activities are already marked as sent (by Suuntolink) and sync won’t happen againIm just guessing as I don’t have an A3 to check it

I’ve never installed Suunto App. It is a program for mobile devices, isn’t it? I use SuuntoLink on Windows (PC) with usb cable. It connects with the watches, “synchronizes” something, reports OK, but no new moves are visible in Movescount web. MovesLink does the same. SuuntoLink and MovesLink installed on one PC, but run independently.

No. http://www.movescount.com/moves/move355616374 , should be public. -

If that is the process, those “moves” were synced to Suunto App and flagged as synced, if I am not mistaken. Consequently, they will never appear in Movescount, even if you sync the watch again using Moveslink. For them to be there must be firstly synced using Movescount Mobile App or Moveslink2. Or so I guess, at least

@Efejota
Thanks for the hint! You are probably right. Just now I’ve recorded a small movement (HR test), uninstalled SuuntoLink, synchronized the watches by MovesLink 2 and see this record in the Movecount web. Good news! Hope for a long life for Movecount )=== The issue is closed ===

If you still want those few missing activities to reach Moveacount, you could use SALogbook to check and clear sync flags.
