Is there an existing trick to transfer some dives from DM5 to SA ?
-
@Triumph114 Wait (as I am not a dive expert here).
DM5 manages the dive watches right ? Some of them can already connect to Suunto app.
DM5 Syncs to movescountSo far so good ?
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos DM5 manages all dive watch and computer and sync with MC. Latest D5i and Computer Eon can connect directly with SA but older no.
However, as I also have a SSU, I now moved to SA, and so no more MC … but my dive computer still sync with MC
So I hope one day some solution will be available between DM5 and SA -
@Triumph114 yes correct I think and I suppose that is the plan.

One year later …
No news on this topic? Link between DM5 and SA ? -
Hello Suunto, any news or at least milestone project for this DM5 / SA topic ?
No divers here ? -
@Triumph114 have you also contacted support?
-
@isazi not yet, I hoped some asnwer available from this forum.
Do you know specific email address for such diving topic support ? -
@Triumph114 just the standard Suunto support web page, sorry.
-
@Triumph114 Yep, diver here. But, as I have an EON Steel, I can connect directly with SA – so not much help to you, unfortunately. Hope Suunto does include updates for divers at some point, as it’s still a pain that I can’t have my EON and SSU paired with SA at the same time.

Yes indeed, the option to transfer dives from DM5 to SA would be really appreciated. Another, even better solution, would be the possibility to connect both a dive computer and watch to SA. I have the Eon Steel and Ambit 3…

I tried to contact Support several times … but absolutely no answer It’s really a shame for Suunto !

@Triumph114
Are your dives present in Movescount?
Do you use iOS? If yes, maybe you can try rungap service which is said now to enable acitivity import into SA.
Let us know…
