Woud be really good if we could have the option to add more complications, at least 2 more would be great.
The ability to have a clock face rather than digital.
Ability to have one of the complications be a compass.
The ability to show a complication, yet when pressed it launches a different app (useful if complication provides what you want to see i.e. date; however there is an app you want to use but doesn’t need a complication i.e. torch).

Ability to chage the background colour.
Ability to change the track colour.
Ability to change the clock hand colours and digital numbers.

I especially find that the lines representing the more or less frequented routes are too thick. We no longer see the exact route and we no longer distinguish the type of track: road, path, path … would it be possible to play with the colors but keeping a relatively thin line therefore more legible?

Error message, it concerns the app, not S7

@Rob33 as I understand the heat map watch face is not to be used as a true planning map. It is static as well.
What it does, is showing the area around you and how many frequently used paths are there.
you can’t scroll or plan your route nor see your exact position on theis watch face.

t6, S6, Elementum Terra, Ambit 3 Sapphire, Spartan Ultra Copper, Traverse Alpha, S7 Graphite LE, S9B Ambassador, S9P Granite Blue Titanium, S9PP Titanium Sand, Vertical All Black, Race Titanium Charcoal,
Race S All Black - TI Canary - Titanium Courtney

@Egika, that is true, however in the suunto app on the watch you have the abiltiy to show these maps in their heatmap form and thus be able to run the route shown, but as Rob33 has pointed out some of the lines are really thick making it difficult to easily see the potential route especially if there are multiple lanes that are reasonably close together, requiring you to zoom in to a level that doesn’t work well from a navigation point of view.

So while specific to the watch face, a valid point from the tracking side of things.

@Rob33 - the only issue I can see with thin lines is how to show level of use - which I do think is very useful and a very important part of the tool. As I don’t think you can see all the heat tracking for each activity on the same map, perhaps thin lines and colour could determine level of use i.e. Red for very active, green for barely used etc…
