Today my Suunto 7 shows that I burned almost 30k calories. I tried to restart it and sync with Suunto app on Android with no success. screen.png

Maybe you have had HR issue or Barometer issue? Once I had similar issue and that time I had HR issue.

              Kind regards,
              Tomek

I wouldn’t say so. I didn’t do anything specific. I was just wearing a watch during my work as every other day.

Looks like HR issue. I see now there were no HR readings for few hours. That’s when I noticed the issue. After rebooting HR started working again.

Anything that can be done to fix this? To remove the excess steps and calories?

Please don’t take this the wrong way but it is kinda funny, I had ~40,000 steps yesterday for a long run (8h) and since your steps are negative, an 8h run should work just fine, your steps will be net 0…you will burn quite a few calories though:)

In all seriousness, you might try deleting from Google Fit if possible. From the watch I think it unlikely you can delete and I know of no way to delete activity from SA. The data on the watch will reset tomorrow.

                    Haha 😀

Google Fit shows correct calories and steps. Suunto app is, in diary, showing 3 calories and 20 steps for yesterday.

@Metalmi Glad to hear it isn’t a huge issue, better to be lower than too high for your activities.
