Steps and calories missing

Hi,
After an uninstall and install the SA, it seems the not all the steps and calories are sync. Do you know why?
I have made this procedure for 3 times, and the months when the are missing differ(one time just one month, one time 2 months, one time 3 months).
What is happening? It’s a problem with my phone? Cause I saw that when the sync start, the SA is freezing, and some time stop working…

Finally, after 5-6 install and uninstall, the SA show all data. Sorry for a new topic.

@Chindris-Bogdan don’t worry! Maybe it was still syncing the data from the cloud to your app.
