Suunto Spam
-
Does anyone know if I unsubscribe from the Suunto ‘spam’ - the almost daily emails I get asking me to buy a new Suunto watch - whether I will still get the substantive updates, i.e. transition update, new firmware / device releases etc. or is it all one preference?
Also does anyone know of an email address for the marketing dept? All of the spam comes from noreply@email.suunto.com
Its starting to get a bit wearing to be bombarded with adverts for new watches when I still haven’t been given a roadmap for when my Ambit3 will lose significant parts of its functionality (settings and workouts configurable with only a mobile phone/tablet).

@amasidlover The email address for the marketing dept is because it seems unfair to burden Suunto customer services / support with a gripe about marketing…

@amasidlover , I would guess so, I only get service updates from noreply@email.suunto.com , no ads.
Or at least got - last one was from Dec. 2019. -
@margusl Thanks!

The same feeling, and now with those same ads on instagram.
So annoying. Before there was content that was more towards the desire of doings sports/get outside.
Seems like a regression.
