Transition problems from Movescount
-
Hi @Mff73
thanks a lot for your answer, You’re right I can access Sport Tracker with my suunto account and pictures are there !!! so… why I can’t see there in my SA?? I do not need a great exercice application so SA is enough for me, and I expected to have all the information there, including pictures as transition it’s supposed to do.do you know what happens? you suggest a bug, but I can’t see any information about them
thanks a lot !

@Mff73 I have the same problem since yesterday. At first i could see all pictures in the first view in the daybook. If i select a move , the foto is not shown there, only the gps-map. I deinstalled the SA and after reinstall the most fotos were also deleted in the first daybook view, but only zhe fotos i synced with movescount months ago. Please help, i love my fotos !!!

@Olli2709
no help possible from us. Only Suunto to aknowledge this bug and solve it.
Try to connect to sporttracker to see if photos are there, and then, you will know photos are not lost, but not displayed in SA. -
@Mff73 Thanks for your help. My girlfriend has the same problem… But i have never been connected to sporttracker before, so why should i find my pictures there? Suunto doesn’t answer on my questions since months …

@Mff73 @Olli2709 New knowledge: It was a good idea with “sportstracker” ! I look on the website on my PC, logged in with the same datas as with the suunto app (!?) and it looks like the suunto app and all my pictures were there . So than i download the sportstracker app on my iphone, logged in, and the same pictures missing in the suunto app are missing in sportstracker app, too . Same time on my PC i can see them !!! What happend ???
-
@Olli2709 what happened is that, at least today, ST and SA share a common database. The good think is that your pictures are there, they are not lost, and I am sure they will appear in SA at some point.
-
@isazi Thank you isazi, that calms me down. There are several pics i would really miss in my moves. Thank you guys for your answers!!

Don’t hesitate to vote on my original post : here : https://forum.suunto.com/topic/3761/photos-not-shown-properly-in-saIt is SA related, it is a bug, this forum and beta channel is here to find bugs and let Suunto acknoledge it
-
thanks @Mff73 , I’ve just voted your post, hopfully suunto says something soon. It they want fo facilitate transition they should avoid these sort of errors, not displaying pictures is for me a significant issue.

@Albert-Borrull You are absolutly right !!!
-
today installed Suunto update 1.20.0, but my fotos are still missing !!!
-
@Albert-Borrull Do you still have the issue with the lost fotos?? After 2 updates (the last one today) it is still the same … no fotos !!!
-
ammm guys, do you really hope, that photos will show up? Only another transition could hypothetically solve this
-
@Olli2709
For any news, don’t hesitate to go there i check for each new versions.
https://forum.suunto.com/topic/3761/photos-not-shown-properly-in-sa@zvonejan ,
yes, and noSome photos are in ST databases, and not shown in SA --> bug, so i hope there will be a fix (there should, this issue has been acknoledged as “Known” )
For photos that have not passed the transistion, you may be right, they might be lost.
