Suunto problems after Moveslink update
-
I think that the recent Moveslink update is causing problems with my watch. I don’t know why, because I think that the watch firmware didn’t change. But since then I encounter problems with my watch. Bad GPS reception, bad connection with my phone, I only get notifications rarely, the HR belt is loosing connection all the time, it also reports “Test failed” if I try to do Quick recovery test. Once happend that the watch was “bricked” for a day. Later it restarted by itself and works “normaly” after that. My watch is Ambit 3 Run. My collegue reported similar issues with Ambit 3 Peak, also after software update.
Does anyone else have these problems?

Do you use both app? Movescount and SA… -
@Gregor-Tušar Which version of Moveslink2 do you have? I think 1.5.0 is the latest, but it is available for a while. You might check you HR belt contacts if you have been using for a long time, I just replaced mine (just the belt). Which mobile app do you use: Movescount App or Suunto App?
Never had issues with Moveslink2 on PC and Movescount App on iOS 13 is okay-ish (sport modes change not always sync at first time).
