Ambit3 doesn't display notification icons on bottom bar
-
Hi, I just got my Ambit3 peak and I’m losing my mind trying to figure out why I don’t get notifications about missed calls or messages on main screen. It is supposed to be in the same place as battery status, stepcounter and so on.
I get notifications in general, once I get SMS it gets displayed for about 10 secs, also I can open and read them from notifications menu, can make a shortcut to that, no problem with that.
It just lacks these icons that would inform me that there is notification to check. Does anybody know how to handle that? Could I have messed up something while getting my own setup of screens and stuff?
I’m using movescount on android, also tried with suunto app, but it was the same

@Oskar-Cedro
Either in MC app or SA, there is in the watch page, a menu to setup which phone app notification to send to the watch.if you receive other notif, then your phone has allowed MC or SA to send notif, maybe just each phone app to authorise.

@Mff73 I get only notifs from apps I marked in menu you mention. So for instance when someone is callin, I see that on the watch screen. If I missed that call, then I have it in notification page on my watch. Problem is that I won’t know it unless I go to the notificatiions menu. I would just expect to have that icon on watch main screen informing me that there is something to check in notifs

Okay, so out of nowhere it started to show notifs as I expected. Only change I’ve made since last try, I used Clear Data option in service mode and that’s it.
