Bluetooth control stopped working

Had to uninstall the app. I have an Android OP5 phone with Android Oreo. I couldn’t understand why my Bluetooth acted up. Bluetooth in my car or earphones stopped working, listen to music was ok but i could not control it from my car or earphones. My car would show unknown when playing music and no controls would work. After i uninstalled the app it works again. Something wrong with it.
