Resync deleted moves to SuuntoApp

I deleted the wrong move in the Suunto App and can’t find how to resync it. Is there a way to mark moves as un-synced so that the app uploads them again? I have a Spartan if that’s required knowledge.

Uninstall and reinstall the app will make the job.
