How do i see time during exercise recording?
-
I have a Suunto 9. When i am recording my hikes, i can’t seem to access the watch face at all. I have to pause the recording and then go to watch mode. IS there another way without pausing the recording?

@petercgoh hi, long press the lower button will show you the time while in sport mode.

@petercgoh
I’ve added a timefield in every sport mode and even in every screen… it’s very convenient and basic because with all the features it has, it remains a watch that I also want to read the daytime from, especially during long activities -
@petercgoh use Sports Customization. There you will find different data to add, that you can see while you are hiking (or any other activity)

Double tap works only if touch is enabled. On Suunto 9 touch is disabled in activity by default so that won’t work. But the long press on the lower button mentioned above does work.

Just don’t press the lower button to shortly or you’ll get a manual lap added to your workout. Press it so you get the lock prompt and then release.
