@Brad_Olwin I dont do Apple. Nor do I want to edit the hundreds of moves I’ve done over the years. Poking at my 5 inch phone screen for hours sounds unpleasant. Too bad there isnt a “Suunto app” website to do it on. Lol. I’m going to have to do something though, that data is important to me.
I get your concerns, you should see my tag list in MC, I found this feature incredibly useful. I cannot go back and modify hundreds of old moves either. I use a computer app that stores all data locally and have that one tagged with equipment. I have been though a couple of these transitions and it seems that they often have limitations.

Import worked like a charm - I have some duplicates but i will manage to remove them (I knew that I will have to)
But…
“Scuba diving” profile in SA is just a joke… Only description is time???
Where is location info? Depth info? Temperature info? Surface time? Bottom time? Text description (if you are diving you know how important it may be i.e. weigths)
I hope that these informations are being stored in SA just not being shown right nowI started using Suunto with diving computers and then swiched to sport watches…

Hello, because after import to my old Sports-Tracker account I have too much duplicates, I want make transition once again, to newly made account. But Suunto.app told me, the transition can I make only once (and this is gone). It is possible something somewhere reset to allow second attempt? Thank You.

@karel-louda I have the same problem and asked @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos for help. He wants to keep me posted on this but currently is on vacation. Maybe you can reach out to him?

Answer from Suunto Support.Thank you for contacting Suunto Customer Support.
Unfortunately, you can’t do a second attempt on importing your old Sports-Tracker account to a new one. We apologize for this inconvenience but we don’t have features to import your old activities on a second attempt in Suunto App.
If you have other concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Raphael

@karel-louda no idea if it could work: creating new SA account and linking with MC?

It won’t work as MC account is then flagged as synced.
It is technically feasible for Suunto to unflag and let a second sync (done for me after some sync test before official release) , but surely they don’t want to do it for everyone request it. -
Threads should stay focused on one topic/problem/bug/suggestion etc.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
I’ve transferred my moves from Movescount to Suunto App but there’s some issue. All my moves from 22/03/2017 untill now have been transferred correctly but no moves from 06/04/2016 until 21/03/2017. There are more than 130 moves that still have to be transferred. I’ve been using my Suunto Ambit 3 Peak and don’t want to change it to any other brand. I’m trying to transfer moves once again but the app doesn’t allow it. It’s intended to be done only once. Is there any chance Suunto alows me to do it again or do it for me? I don’t want to lose more than 130 moves.
Kind regards

MaciejYour moves from MC are not lost
Do you receive the mail from Suunto stating that transfer is completed ? If not, it could take still sometime to complete.
But if yes, you have have an issue. -
@Maciej
you’ve got an ambit and as I remember the full transfer from MC to SA is not open yet for users with older watches.
I could also only transfer activities until January 2018, when ambit was my only watch. Everything before was not transferred.
When I logged in with my new S9B I could start the entire transfer. -
@Mff73 I got an e-mail from Suunto confirming the transfer has been accomplished. There’s definitely an issue. Unfortunately there’s no other way to tranfer moves to Suunto App because SA doesn’t have such feature as “import workouts from GPX files”.

@Maciej
So yes, it looks like an issue.
Then I think, @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos is the only master to advice if a support ticket is worth. -
@Maciej you got an email of success but nothing in your app ?

Not nothing, but it misses 130 moves during a date range.
