AGPS not being updated on my Spartan Ultra

Hi,
My AGPs is not being updated on my Spartan Ultra after synchronisation with Suunto App. The date marked is
2019-09-19T08:05:02Z
I tried to sync several time, to reset my Spartan Ultra, to reinstall Suunto App So sync with my computer with Suunto Link but it doesn’t change.
I already had this promblem in July who lasted for 1 or two weeks and had difficulties to fix GPS before my activities.
Other people with the same problem?

@sebaor Yes, this problem keeps recurring for me as well. The last time I had it about a week ago, after which I did the 12 sec reset by pressing the top button. Now AGPS date seems to be updating again.

I tried to do the 12 secondes reset but it doesn’t help.

I have inaccurate GPS problems at the moment. I’ve also tried the 12 second reset, which didn’t work. If it did anything, I think it made the OHR function poor, when that wasn’t an issue in the first place. I need to check the date in the watch later.
I’m now starting to lose patience with Suunto, entirely!

In my Spartan Ultra there is only N/A. Firmware 2.8.24

Once again the same problem with my SSU. The AGPS is not being updated after synchronisation with the Suunto app.
This problem is really recurrent now.

SA was having issues syncing yesterday for me, long times to sync to 3rd parties. Is this working now?

Yes yesterday I had difficulties to sync. After sync I have three times the same activity on SA. And it was long to sync to 3rd parties. But this morning it was ok.
Just the AGPS who doesn’t update once again now.

@sebaor Try soft reset on the watch and possibly force quit and restart app. I am on iOS but this typically works for me.

I tried soft reset on the watch and now I have no more date but N/A instead.

Same issue for me, today and also the same “sync forever” in MCapp. It seemed to be linked during last issue episod.
