How to transfer Routes form Suunto App to my Traverse Watch

I have an Traverse Watch with the latest firmeware. I create in the app under the menu Discover->Routes a new tracking route. How do i transfer the route to my watch that i can access it under Navigation->Routes on the Watch.
Please Help, because its annoying to have those features but not beeing able to use it. Even a cheap chinese watch für 50bugs is able to do this!

I just downloaded the app and connected the watch via bluetooth.

Unfortunately it is inadvisable to use SA for ambit 3 and Traverse users. I believe that soon there will be updates about it, but for now I strongly suggest you to continue with movescount app and web

I mean: are you new to suunto? or did you use movescount before?
the reason I’m asking: for me it is not clear what to use when you buy a new watch as suunto advertises both apps (SA and MC) to be used with ambit and traverse… but SA is very restricted.
on the other side (as an MC and ambit user) I received suggestion to use SA.I think it is a bit misleading on suunto web page unfortunately… but go back to MC and it will work
