Could not sync my heart rate of my first trial running

A few days ago, I switched from Movescount to suunto app. After my first trial run, I tried to sync the first activity, all the other details were successfully transferred at the same time except my heart rate(all 0), so I deleted this activity from suunto app and tried again from my watch to sync, unfortunately it did not work. What can I do?
But the following days I still tried it and the heart rate data are all successfully and correctly transmitted.
