@Akos-Hajas This is working for me, are any notifications appearing? You might try a soft reset on the watch, upper right button for 12s. Sometimes I need to force quit the app to get notifications working again. And to double check, you have in the app settings for SA not general for iPhone, push notifications set as well as general notifications in general settings on the iPhone for SA?

@Brad_Olwin every other push notification is working only this one not from the SA…

@Akos-Hajas Maybe something is corrupted, did you try reinstalling the app?

I can not help, but I have exactly the same problem. I was trying to solve it without any success. for sure it is not related to watch, it is related to app itself.

@Akos-Hajas OK, I turned all of my notifications on in the app and I am not receiving either. I will report this as a bug! Thanks for your patience!

Hello i have the same problem since a long time on android.
It has started when i set new parameter on each type of notification of the app. -

the SA make no notification on my phone, new activities from followed people, new comment, activities liked by followers…
nothing happens.
A friend had the same problem on adroid too. -

I am not having any reports and we did all the investigation needed but found no issues.
What is the problem exactly and does this still happen?

Perhaps try turning them off on? In general notifications are a system thing.

Hello, in your investigation , did you try to change the priority of each kind of notification?
In my case i chose middle for all, that correspond to a notification in the top bar without notification sound.
It seems that the problem had started when i had done there changes. -

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos on ios I stop to receive notifications when I reinstall suunto app during problem with strava upload about two months ago.
I’m not able to make it work anymore. what I tried:
- reinstall suunto app (remove and install from the app store)
- turn off notifications in SA and turn back on
- log out from SA and log in back
- disable and enable notifications in phone settings.
I don’t have any problem with push notifications in other apps. I’m afraid notifications are not reaching my device at all. maybe wrong/missing device token?
