Suunto App UX/UI survey for future features

@suzzlo said in Suunto App UX/UI survey for future features:
- Laps in Android
- Training analysis (WITH VO2Max)
- Sleep analysis
- Waypoints
I see mountaineering and running people share the same interests in future features
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Done - I am pleased to be part of Suuntos development process.
-
@Bulkan no. Just waypoints are needed!
-
Done! Great opportunity to give feedback!

Should I have the choice, I would prefer waypoints first (more functionnal on the field) and analysis after.
But personnal choice and i have not the choice#Metoo

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
I imagine that it’s not an our decision wich what priority doing that stuff.
If I’m wrong, another survey for selecting what we would see befor, will be wellcome -
@Saketo-Nemo I think that survey was out (as a survey) but we also look at the ranking here.
This survey linked above the main focus is for you to:
a) give feedback on Ux/UI
b) get a preview of what is coming.Priorities is a very different thing.
However, I do plan to make this a “habit” to include the people here in this decision as much as I can.

I really liked being part of the survey. So thanks for pushing things ahead in this area!

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos are these 3 proposals, something that is going to happen, or just probe of concept that could or could not be implemented?
If it’s first option, could we use this survey as a roadmap! -
@suzzlo going to happen
-
Done!
Very good news.
Pretty sure lot of people will celebrate the waypoints feature -
Very glad to see waypoints in the survey!
One thing I’ve emphasized in my response and wanted to mirror here is that there may be multiple waypoints in the same spot at different distances on the route, for example when you go through the same aid station multiple times. That happens on out-and-back courses or perhaps when you do loops.
That is something Movescount struggles with because it always selects the point with the smallest distance. Suunto App should allow to pick a distance if there are multiple choices at the same spot, and potentially create multiple waypoints at the same spot.
