April Transition Update
-
Tuesday there should be an update out (news)
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
Hi. Do you have any updates on when the Ambit 3 Peak will have the capability to customize sport modes like other watches can with the new app? -
@Hayden-Chandler
I vicariously dare to say that this will be on tuesday… -
@Hayden-Chandler I think this update will refer to the cable syncers that is A2/A1.

@Bulkan said in April Transition Update:
But if you create a new sport mode or route in the suunto app you can’t sync the routes in movescount, can you?
Yes but a bit complicated, you can use both MC app and SA and have routes from both. Let me know if you need more information.
-
When will be available this option to users?
-
@jorgefd78 its rolling out atm.
You will get an in app message about it when your account is ready

I vicariously dare to say that this will be on tuesday…So it’s Tuesday, 11:41 a.m. GMT. Still no update. 3 days until June.

@almic
Do you mean this ?
https://forum.suunto.com/topic/2595/may-transition-update -
@sartoric Ha! Yes! And thanks!
-
Hi here,
as @sartoric mentioned and as it was promised the news are out for May
-
How long should I expect to wait for the transfer of data from Movescount to SA to become available in SA?
Thanks, Tom. -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos do you have any idea how long I should expect to wait for this to happen, hours or days?
-
@tomviv its rolling out atm. Perhaps in 1 month max it will be enabled for your profile as well. You will get an in app message
-
@tomviv If you connect MC web to Sports Tracker, then you have all data in the Suunto app. It can take few days befor all data is over. (I have ambit3 and it worked for me)
-
@KnutB use same email and pasword in sports tracker
-
I think it was advised to expect the MC to SA transfer, as ST won’t pull out or transfer all of the data SA will when it’s ready…
-
@martin I was surprised that I got over all the moves. But moves since 2010 is now in the Suunto app
-
@Spree The is not a latent defect but Material Damage to the system that that was bought. They are doing this knowing that they are causing damage.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos don’t know if this was answered, but what is going to happen if there are already moved workout data from mc to as? Duplicates?
