Pairing Pin

I am trying to pair my new 9 Peak Pro to the App on my Android phone. When I get to the place to enter the pin, the app says that it is usually 0000or 1234.
I have tried both many times but the pairing fails. Can anyone give me a hand to sort this out? I am ready to send the watch back. Thanks -
@Redpillar Long time I do not repair/pair my watch but you do all the proces and then you have to enter/confirm the code that apears in the watch not a generic code.
