app compatibility with different models

I developed the PumpFoil app. It works well with my Race 2. It also works with other models. It also works with the simulator. However, some users tell me that it doesn’t work with the Race S or the Baro 9.
On the Race S :- The user select a Sport on the device,
- he scroll down and select SuuntoPlus.
- he scroll again and select PumpFoil
- he scroll again and then PumpFoil is not unslected
I don’t know where the problem is. Memory? Html? Js? Json? Does anyone have any idea?

@rémiP Baro 9 is UI1, Race S and Race 2 are UI2. UI1 has far lower resources than UI2 devices. But Race S should work with your app.
