Screen went weirdly green

Hi all!
A few days ago the screen of my Vertical 2 went green. Also some dots were stronger green. When opening the menu, the background was fully green and the options were dark. The picture I took wasn’t saved. I can’t imagine why this happened. The only thing going on was rain.
A soft reset did the trick. That was nice. It was a bit scare since I planned a long run through mountains. Anyone else encounter this?
