[Question] Store screenshot not updating after re-upload — cached, or pending review?

Hi,
I replaced the Sports app - screen image for my published sports app (Climb Log) through the submission form — twice now — and the SuuntoPlus store still shows the old screenshot. The one that is live is about a week old at this point.
Both uploads went through without an error, so from my side it looks like the change was accepted and then simply never appeared. I can’t tell which of these it is:
- Does a store image change go through review? If updating the screenshot is queued behind the same manual approval as a new submission, that would explain it and I’ll just keep waiting.
- Or is the image cached / CDN-served with a long TTL? If so, roughly how long until it refreshes, and does anything on the user side force it (reinstalling the app, clearing the Suunto app cache)?
- Is there any way to see the state of a pending change? The form gives no feedback beyond the upload succeeding, so I can’t distinguish “accepted, waiting” from “silently dropped”.
Happy to re-submit if the earlier uploads got lost somewhere — I’d just rather not keep uploading blindly.
