            Similar problem but now i can’t get my vertical paired.

            No problem with my connection and sync earlier. But from Today I’m not able to connect my Vertical 1 to the Suunto App.

            Tried to remove the “old” connection on my iPhone and vertical but can’t get a “new” one . And this task to get connected with this versions of software was working earlier. But now I’m getting confused and thinking I’m perhaps missing something or if it’s some Suunto problem?

            iOS iOS 26.5 IPhone 13 Pro
            Suunto App 3.11.0 ( 22542)
            Suunto Vertical 1 hardware: 2773D6 software: 2.50.28

              @dimitrios-kanellopoulos it seems to affect more people. Can you tell if this is indeed a Suunto App bug?

                  Me too. It seems to happen a bit randomly and switching the phone Bluetooth off and back on usually resolves it. If that doesn’t work restarting the phone works most of the time (so I suspect a phone issue, it’s a basic smartphone but up to date android system).

                    @MarkG For me, going to Suunto App -> Watch icon (top left) and pressing “cancel” on the warning is sufficient to get the connection going again for the day.
