I’ve been trying to use the beta plan for a few days now, but it feels like we’re not aligned. When I specify that I train 3–5 hours per week and run 4 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), it always ends up skipping Sunday and setting it as a rest day. I’ve tried different plans and various week durations, but the issue persists.

Do you know what the trick is to solve this problem?

@Jose-Luis-Merino-Parra Hi! It’s in Beta. And I haven’t found a way to make it work as well.

it is under improvement and further development. I am giving frequent feedback and also wish we can soon benefit from it 🙂

I too wonder why it doesn’t just use the data that’s already there from my usual training and I give it my goals and it tells me what I need to change too reach it.

            Looking forward for usefull improvement.

@Jose-Luis-Merino-Parra Not certain if this is a possible cause of Sunday being skipped, but do you have Suunto App set to start the activity reporting week on Monday?

In my beta plan, Thursdays are an official rest day, but almost all Sundays are shown as ‘no training days’ in the plan. On my Suunto App calendar, though, there is a training activity for each Sunday. These Sunday training activities are also on the watch Guides with a Sunday date.

@Bradleyd Yes, I have the start of the week set to Monday. I don’t see any reason why it should treat Sunday as a rest day.

Where do you send feedback please, is there a specific thread or something in the app?
Im currently trying a 10 week trail plan but the sessions don’t seem to correlate to my age and performance, which I thought the AI would take in to account setting it up based on previous training. For example my Z2 pace is about 8m/km (OK I’m old and slow but Suunto knows this) but just as an example one session this week was an easy Z2 run of 10k in 1 hour - for me that’s definitely not Z2!
I realise it’s still under development but I’d like to feed that back to the right place.
Also does anyone know if the plan adapts or updates itself based on performance during the sessions?
