Impossible to read forum on mobile due to T&C / cookie overlay

I tried reading forum posts on my phone (Samsung / Android using Chrome or Firefox). The screen has an overlay about Terms and Conditions and cookies covering the whole screen which is impossible to dismiss, so the forum is unusable.
