A much bigger big number than the current one proposed in SuuntoPlus already

Hello, I’m just a beginnger having discovered this forum on developping by ouselves SuuntoPlus apps thanks to 2b2bff.
I’m an IT engineer, but still extreemly rookie in VisualStudio code, I was using its ancestral version when I was developping in C,C++ of windows MFC, and more recently only as editor and not as development framework… s yet i’m totally newbies in using it and trying to catch how to develop some suuntoplus app … Please be tolerant I will have really silly stupid questions.

Havign said that it’s a long time that I have some ideas of SuuntoPlus apps or also some widget I would love to propose to SUUNTO.

Today I will give you a prototype I just developped over the week-end in HTML+Java, now being aware that there is a Suuntoplus dev env. you can download my ZIP and play wiht the HTML which is inside and is aimed to demo an alternative / evolution to the SuuntoPlus BIG number

What’s drive me here is to REALLLY HAVE BIG NUMBERS !!!
As I’m impaired and with foggy glasses after 500m swimming

Here some screen of the HTML prototype you will be able to play … and if someone would like to help me to transform this into a suuntoPlus App I will be super pleased of this help.

My prototype allow to change the sier and position of 3 informations : Distance, Time and duration and also to compare the result with SuuntoPlus real screen of 3,4,5 or 7 informaton or the suuntoPlus big number …

I put as default values what I tink would be my best prefered size and position
To ease understanding which information we see in the prototype I put 3 different colors : blue for the time, green for the duration and white/red for the distance.
In fact we can reduce to only white and red in the real app … but RED is important as it is the most visible color a humand see below th ewater … so let’s keep it

and the even more interresting, in fact I think we could use the fact that the watch knows perfectly in which sens the swimmer is going and at which moment the swimmer turns and change direction to perform a sort of automatic rolling mode between the 3 informations … so the swimmer has never to touch the watch, still he know at which moment he will see which information and so he can look at that moment his watch

You can test this mode throuhg the main field optin Distance-Time-Duration
It is this mode that I will suggest for the ULTA GIANT NUMBER
the advantage is that you never display at the same time the 3 informations but only one at a precise moment, and so … still you have hem but far bigger now on the screen

In the mode Distantce-time-Duration, you can play with the time throuhg the buton > and || you can also accelerate the time, you can also play with teh

So, its ah HTML prototype …, now I have to transform it into a SuuntoPlus app …
