      Hi together,

I am looking for my resting heart rate during sleep.
Is this the correct place in the app where I can see the lowest value?
How reliable are the readings from the Suunto Race?

      Sleep Heart Rate

      • list itemThis is your average heart rate during sleep.
      • It is typically lower than your resting heart rate because:
the body is more deeply relaxed
metabolism and the nervous system slow down
      • Values can often drop to 40–60 bpm at night—and sometimes even lower in athletes.

@laufbursche7 Resting Heart Rate = Ruhepuls. But it is measured during day, not sleep… So, you can look at minimal HR during day in the Suunto App. Resting Heart rate is about the same…

@2b2bff are you sure? The data widget states that it is higher than the heart rate during sleep. IMG_3007.jpeg
