Discrepancy between Exercise Max HR (174 bpm) and Daily HR Graph (168 bpm)
-
Hi everyone,
I’m noticing a strange inconsistency in the Suunto App and I’d like to understand the logic behind it.
-
Exercise Stats: My recorded run shows a Max HR of 174 bpm (using a Heart Rate Belt + Race 2).
-
Daily HR Graph: In the “Heart Rate” tab, the daily max for today is shown as 168 bpm for that same time period.
Why doesn’t the Daily HR graph reflect the actual maximum value captured during the recorded activity? It seems illogical that the app “knows” I hit 174 bpm but displays a different peak in the daily summary.
Thanks for your help!

@NaudCode cause the heart rate about the whole day reflects the average heart rate (snapshot every i dont know exactly 10 minutes)
