I guess only Suunto themselves might be able to answer why you encountered your issue. On my almost 1 year use of my Suunto Ocean, the OHR (optical heart rate sensor) turned off once by itself despite the function (24/7 OHR) turned on. I had to reset (force restart) the watch - by pressing and holding the buttons.

Hmm… then it might just be that this “Race2” watch face is no longer made available for Suunto Ocean watch. For myself - I do not have Race2 and Outback adventure watch face anymore - to download from the Suunto Plus store.
Could other Suunto Ocean users confirm this?I last counted on my Suunto Plus store - I have a total of 44 watch faces (excluding Outback Adventure & Race 2) available to choose from.

I see 49 (if I didn’t miscount) watchfaces in the Suuntoplus Store. (I did have a Suunto Race connected before, and still shown as a watch that I could switch to, so maybe that also has some influence.)
This, in ref. to the Ocean connection not showing the Race 2 watchface in the store.
