Dot in uper left corner

Can anyone tell me how to remove the dot in the upper left corner of the Apple Watch screen?
It appears to be the “back arrow.” Unfortunately, the dot is always visible and obscures the display.

@mrclfr did you authorize all permissions (read and write) to Apple Health? I think I had the same problem with the bubble and it was solved after I activated them all (not sure though, because I reinstalled with the new version 7.3.1)…
