The battery on Vertical 2 is draining very quickly.

I have about the same experience.
100% at midnight
95% when I woke up at 6am
89% when I got back from work at 4:30pmAod on, medium brightness, 2x6min bikerides for commuting
Notification turned on but not connected to my phone during work hours.I upgraded from my Garmin Fenix 6 to get better battery life, not worse…

Have to confirm. My SV1 lost more than 12% while lying on my desk over night without any activity, no HR activated …

@Marijus-Siegel I’m not sure what red light on is but something is wrong. I was out for four hours yesterday, AOD on, HR via watch. I didn’t touch the screen much when out, for the whole day the watch dropped around 10%. Light levels is set to low.
I’m guessing the watch is using around 2% during GPS activity. Maybe flicking between screen or having map active might use more.
For reference the watch was fully charged 9 days ago, 20 hours of activities, 12 hours with GPS. Battery is at 28%.
I do not have 24 hour HR, Sleep Tracking or similar on. Notification are on. AOD set to low and display only.
Hopefully Suunto will identify the issue soon.

Do you have a V2?
If yes do you know it has a flash
? Including a red one

@Mff73 yes have the V2 and V1. Still not sure what you mean you had the red light on. Like you had the torch on all the time?
I didn’t realise you could change colour to red

My first impression was very positive and honestly surprising. After charging to 100% and logging all my activities, the watch lasted about 10.5 days with the following settings:
• Always On Display (AOD)
• 24/7 heart rate and HRV tracking
• Notifications enabled
• Do Not Disturb (DND) from 21:45 to 6:00
• Average of ~1 hour of GPS activity with HR belt per dayHowever, after the second charge to 99%, the battery drain increased dramatically. Within just two days (October 18–19), the battery dropped from 99% to 78%, despite only a few short activities — mostly indoor, with a single 10-minute GPS session.

Same firmware on the watch?
-
@Squirrel Yes, 2.46.12
Today, it’s been about 48 hours since the last charge, and I’m at 75%.
I think the issue might have been when it was at 99%, but I checked a few times and it never reached 100%. I had to go out, so I unplugged it. -
@greku I had same experience. Charge went up to 99% and stood there. After that in 48h it went to 81%. Then I did shut down bluetooth discovery for other devices and now after four and a half day I have 66% left. I don’t know if discovery mode have something to do with battery consumption.
