What are the Health/Medical features available on sport watches?

What health/medical features do Suunto adventure sport watches and/or app provide?
Perhaps I’m not a demographic for Suunto sport watches, I’m 50+, and I don’t see much marketing/info what I want to keep track of my health.
I want to track my heart health, sleep, stress, hypertension, and whatever else today’s wearable technology can provide me with. As I get older, I’m sure I’ll need medication reminders eventually.
If I can get the health/media features, I can justify the prices, and maybe even use my FSA.

You’re looking for a medical device, not a sport watch.
Unfortunately , except for sleep and stress Suunto doesn’t track/provide, by choice, any medical data/issues atm -
Not looking for a medical device, but features other watches current provide:
Hypertension / Blood Pressure
Sleep info, sleep apnea
ECG
High and low heart rate notifications
Irregular rhythm
Blood Oxygen -
@jase2983 So forget Suunto, buy Samsung.

Hello you can check Withings products. They have health oriented watches (with very good battery range) and instruments.
For everyday use, their watches are doing well. They can be used for sports as well but as we can’t connect a HR belt, it is not enough accurate. -
The watch I recommend for medical features is the Huawei D series.
I’ve tested it. Even that doesn’t offer complete assurance regarding the information.
After all, these are just watches. -
@jase2983 An Apple Watch will do what you ask and provide reasonable fitness metrics for workouts. Suunto has a very nice app, Sportstracker for Apple Watches. The Suunto watches are valuable tools for those that plan training, races, and outdoor excursions. I am getting close to 70 and prefer a sports watch to a health watch.
