Alerts without any notification or activity

Hi all. Does anyone else get empty alerts on S9PP? My watch vibrates every now and then mut there is nothing in the screen and also no notifications on connected iPhone. It messes my head so can someone give me an explenation and fixing options for this?

@isazi Hi. Waht do you mean by this? I have not made any other bluetooth connections to my warch than my iPhone.

@safari the sound notification with external sensor connecting outside of activity is already fixed in next firmware (not sure when it’ll be released)

I think it might be trying to connect to my new HR belt even though I’ve removed it. The Bluetooth range was also far, so it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. Also, I think my new HR belt is smart, so it now displays the battery status.

Previously, the beta version was shared for us to try. Is there such a project in the future?

It is what it is doing, it reconnects to your sensor even outside activities… I never noticed until yesterday cause I either turn off my sensors or they are far far away from me during the day

Could you share what FW your watches have, what mobile phone you’re using and what version of the mobile app?

@pavel.samokha Hi. FW on the S9PP is 2.43.12. iPhone 12 with iOS 18.5. and Suunto app is version 3.1.1 (20282).

I also get alarms during activities and I don’t know why because there is no message on the watch and it doesn’t seem possible to me that this is an attempt to connect to a sensor because I don’t have one with me and there are no sensors paired to the watch.
