Multiple day trip, SA and TSS calculation
-
Hey !
Something that already happened to me last year on an ultra race over 24h just happened again.
- SA shows only a dot on the day the exercice started => could SA display dots all over the days concerned by this single exercice ?
- for TSS calculation, algorithm applies all the charge of whole exercice on the first day and then 0 charge 0 on next day.
so even if I have run 19h on first day and 20h on the second day, on the same exercise, SA acts as if I had done a 39h exercice in one day.
It’s the same for any shorter exercices over two days, everything is applied on day one.
Not a very big deal, but annoying (at least for my ego that shows 0 when I have achieved 19 intense hours of race !

Does it has been discussed already ?

@Tieutieu yeah, I have missing dots on SA calendar because of races that start in the afternoon/evening and finish next day (100km/mile)

@Tieutieu I can report this if you want, not sure if it will get prioritized as all the metrics are correct, it is just a matter of representation

@isazi about tss I just wonder the difference between all charge on day one vs « progressive charge » all over the race. I guess difference is just very small.
About dots on calendar, it would be great to have it on both days, pointing on same activity. That seems logical to me.
